What is the typical shipping time?
USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING - Orders are processed for shipping within 72 hours of receipt M-F (excluding holidays), transit time will vary by destination but our shipping warehouse is located in California.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We currently ship products to Canada by USPS to avoid additional broker fees. USPS estimated shipping time is around 15 days, while we realize this is not ideal we feel that saving on import fees is worth a little longer wait.
What is the returns & exchanges policy?
We do not typically provide any returns or exchanges, however if you have an issue with your product, please reach out to our customer service team at info@shopresetthelabel.com.
How should RESET products be cleaned?
All of our vegan leather and two-toned products can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
What are shipping costs?
US Orders - flat rate of $4.99.
CAD Orders - flat rate of $9.99.
Do products have duties?
We currently ship products to Canada by USPS to avoid additional broker fees. Products may have duty applied depending on order value and location which is outside our control. We do not cover duties for orders to Canada at this time.

RESET bag straps are adjustable up to 53" long.

When is the last day to receive orders before Christmas?
Please place your order before December 13th to guarantee it will arrive by Christmas day. Applies to U.S. orders only.
